Judo Competition Amsterdam
This (internal) competition is designed for our judokas aged 6 and older (birth years 2013 through 2019) who want to gain knowledge and experience in making matches in a safe environment.
You will compete in a minimum of 3 matches per match day and we will consider your age, weight, match experience and belt.
The competition consists of 3 competition days.
1e Sun 5 October 2025 already played
2e Sun 11 Januari 2026
3e Sun 29 March 2025 (+ Award ceremony)
Location: Het Museumkwartier primary school, Van de Veldestraat 10 (near Museumplein)
Indication of weighing and finishing times:
Births: 2018 and 2019: weighing time 10:00 – 10:15. Expected finishing time 11:30.
Birth years 2013, 2014 and 2015 and the 2016 and 2017 group: weighing time 11:45 – 12:00. Expected finishing time 14:00.
A few days before starting, participants will receive an email notification about the final weighing and finishing times!
After each competition day, we will announce the intermediate standings on the website.
After the 3rd round, the winners of the competition will be announced and the prizes awarded. Besides nice prizes, we will have a nice souvenir for all participants on the final day!
Participation
PLEASE NOTE: If you participated in the first round (played on 5 October 2025), you do NOT need to re-register for this round. You will automatically receive an invitation for the second and third rounds by email.

Costs
The total cost for participating in the last two days of competition is € 12.00 and should be paid at the same time upon registration to
St. Sporten JAA on IBAN: NL14 INGB 0002 9526 42 quoting Judo Competition Amsterdam + name of participant.
Note: Registration is not complete until the entry fee is received!
Supporters are of course very welcome and have free admission!
